A gorgeous antique cameo brooch set in 9ct gold, depicting a lady. Complete with safety chain. The bar is later. Excellent condition, one very small hole in the cameo, marked 9ct. Please see photos for details. Good preowned condition. 5.5cms in length 4.5 cms wide.
