An antique late Victorian walnut bedside cabinet / pot cupboard, featuring burr walnut panels to the front and fitted with a brass handle to the door. The door opens to reveal a single internal shelf, providing useful bedside or occasional storage. Stamped to the inside of the door: TRAPNELL & GANE, 98, 39 & 40 College Green, Bristol Trapnell & Gane were a well-known Bristol retailer and furnishing firm of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
