Description
This is an early 20th century Mahal carpet with attractive colour palette dating from around 1930.
The has a typical Mahal design with central lozenge and indigo field filled with stylised flower motifs.
The carpet is in good condition overall with some wear to the ends and selvedges.
This hand woven carpet has a very characterful look and a lovely colour combination.
The rug measures 203cm by 132cm.
