Offered for your consideration is this fine antique Satsuma hat pin which dates from the late Meiji period circa 1900 and measures a total of 22cm in length. The hat pin head is of elongated tapering round form and the head alone measures a tall 4.5cm in length. The hat pin head has botanical depiction with foliage and wisteria blooms and is offered in good condition with long steel pin which ends in a sharp point and has only light age related tarnish.
