An unusual late 17th Century Continental antique bronze mortar with unique decoration of coats of arms framed by pestles applied four times to the body.... it has a flared top and is in very good condition.... it is very pleasing when you find a mortar that you haven't seen before. It is in excellent size with a good colour.
