A beautiful antique tribal Neyriz rug, woven circa 1910. This rug features a Tree of Life design interspersed with stylised birds and animals on an ivory field and indigo border. Fabulous secondary colours and a great example of tribal weaving. Size: 2.02m x 1.54m (6ft 8in x 5ft 1in) This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in places, especially in the border where some knot heads are visible (see photos).
