A lovely piece of silver assayed in Birmingham in 1895 by Samuel Usher. A beautiful present...for someone with a connection to 'CE' or 'EC'. Currently this glorious little gift is hanging on a more modern narrow silver box chain, but also has a secure pin and latch for use as a brooch/badge/pin.
