The T-bar, clasps and one of the links all have the same marks for Birmingham 1918 with a maker’s mark for the Birmingham gold and silver chain maker Frank Cole. Each of the links has the silver lion mark.
Each chain measures 23cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
There is also a later silver fob, 26mm wide, 30mm high excluding the loops. The front has an image of a cyclist. The reverse is free from inscriptions, and is hallmarked for 1964 with a maker’s mark for the Birmingham silversmith Thomas Skelton.
