Fine quality single French well cast heavy gauge gilt bronze two arm wall candle sconce light of compact proportions, mid to late 19th Century.
The two leaf capped scroll arms issuing from a single solid back plate which depicts a central oak leaf wreath. The circular arm plates with beaded rim detail and their drip pans.

Good condition with nice patination, professionally re-gold plated, this sconce is not wired for electricity, suitable only for traditional candles. One drip pan is a matched replacement but works very well.
