Description
It is clearly hallmarked for London 1783, with the maker's mark for William Plummer. It has a central boss with bright cut decoration with rotating square cross-section arms, sitting on four cast feet. The arms adjust inwards to suit the size of the dish that is resting upon it. The backs of the dish rests are also beautifully decorated.
