Antique Tabriz Rug 1.68m x 1.16m

A beautiful antique Tabriz rug, woven circa 1900. The design features a large lozenge medallion on a soft blue field surrounded by an ivory border. Finely woven in attractive pastel shades and a very decorative antique rug. Due to the level of wear (see below), this rug isn't really suitable for heavy use - light traffic like a bedroom would be fine (this is reflected in the price). Size: 1.68m x 1.16m (5ft 6in x 3ft 10in) This rug has medium, age related wear, heavier in a couple of places (see photos). Small area on the side down to the warps and wefts, reinforced from the back (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned. Free worldwide shipping.
