Description
This is an attractive hand woven tribal Khamseh rug from North West Persia. The carpet has a triple lozenge design and multiple borders and a typical colour palette, in muted shades of brick red, indigo and ivory.
Dating from around 1890, the rug is in excellent clean condition, ready for use. It measures 190cm by 146cm.
