An outstanding antique tribal rug, woven by the nomadic Qashqai tribe circa 1900, possibly a little earlier. The rug features an allover geometrical design on a deep indigo field. Finely woven with lovely wool quality and stunning colours make this a very decorative rug. Size: 1.81m x 1.38m (5ft 11in x 4ft 6in) This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear.
