Here we have a lovely Antique Silver Plated Coffee Spoon, originally a souvenir from Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. It comes in a gift bag and would be a great collector’s item or special gift for someone who enjoys American collectibles.
The spoon has a very pretty design that was patented on June 30th 1896. It has a detailed design and Raleigh elaborately engraved on the handle.
It was made by Reed & Barton, well known US silversmiths who make good quality flatware and home decor.
Condition
The silver plate is shiny with a little tarnish which helps show the design. There are some scratches to one side of the base of the bowl.
Size
It measures 10.7cm in length (4 1/4 inches).
