The pendant is made in 14ct antique gold and presents a wonderful central cameo of a lady in a portrait surrounded by half pearls. Featuring a tasselled design with additional accenting pearls at the bottom, the pendant comes to life upon wearing, with the movement of the freely moving parts in full effect. An additionally delightful aesthetic is the excellent proportions of the gold frame and size of the pearls used, slightly larger than normal counterpart seed pearls. They truly accentuate its overall splendour and focus one's eyes towards the central raised cameo. The cameo itself also displays a high degree of fine craftsmanship and engraving with very sharp, intricate and distinct facial features. Furthermore, depending on the lighting, its translucency becomes apparent, shifting shades from a darker brown to an almost orange hue.
