Description
A stunning, fine and impressive antique 1860s pearl and 21 carat yellow gold pendant with an 18 carat gold chain; part of our Victorian jewellery collections.
This stunning, fine and impressive antique pearl pendant has been crafted in 21ct yellow gold.
The lozenge-shaped, pierced decorated pendant displays a central cluster of seven natural pearls.
The central setting is encompassed with lobed rosette design, incorporated into a matte textured square panel.
This exceptional panel is encompassed with a rope decorated border and is accented with five pearls paralleling each corner.
The pendant design is further ornamented with four equally spaced, individually collet set pearls.
The pendant suspends from a substantial 18ct gold rope chain, via a bale to the upper border of the design, accented with three further pearls, in addition to rope twist ornamentation.
This antique pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as 21 carat gold with an 18 carat gold chain; this indicates the high quality of the piece.
This impressive pearl pendant is supplied with an independent gemstone grading report card.

This stunning antique Victorian pendant is excellent quality, set with impressive natural pearls displaying a fine colour, lustre and presence. There is a blemish to the reverse surface of the pendant; this is not visible when being worn and does not affect the aesthetically pleasing appearance of the piece. The pendant and chain are superior gauge of gold and are in excellent condition.
