condition
This antique sterling silver sifter spoon is a superior gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition. The bright cut engraved decoration is all very crisp and the original gilding is in excellent condition; this determines the piece has seen little to no use. The hallmarks struck to the reverse of the handle is very clear; the hallmarks are struck deeply due to the superior gauge of silver. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this exceptional example of Victorian silverware.
