This is a fine and substantial Victorian sterling silver fish set made by George Adams and hallmarked in London 1856. It is in very good condition with no repair or damage. The set has been made with a heavy gauge of silver and is of the collectible Coburg pattern and incorporates ornate cartouches which are initialled. Both the slice and the fork are extensively decorated and both incorporate a beautifully designed fish and lovely piercings.
