Art Deco 0.50ct Onyx & 0.20ct Diamond, Platinum Pendant c.1930

A fine and impressive antique 0.50 carat onyx and 0.20 carat diamond, platinum Art Deco pendant; part of our diverse antique onyx jewellery and estate jewellery collections. This fine and impressive antique Art Deco pendant has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated lozenge-shaped pendant displays a feature scalloped 0.50ct onyx panel accented with a central millegrain decorated foliate design to the centre. The scalloped frame of the panel supports an articulating feature collet set Old European round cut diamonds, accented with a circular-shaped halo and surmounted with a collet set Dutch cut diamond, in a vertical formation. The lozenge shaped pendant frame is further embellished with pierced geometric designs accented with eight Dutch cut diamonds. The feature setting is suspended from a tapering bale ornamented with a horizontal marquise-shaped setting incorporating a single pavé set Dutch cut diamond. The antique pendant suspends from a 17' platinum chain via two ring loops to the upper border of the design, securing with a push fit fastening. This impressive pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. This onyx and diamond pendant is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card.
