This stunning, fine and impressive antique diamond cocktail watch has been crafted in platinum. The rectangular watch dial displays the Charlton name, in addition to Arabic hour markers encompassing a plain central border, all in the iconic Art Deco style. The wristwatch retains the original blue steeled hands. This manual wind watch is fitted with a plain ribbed crown/winder. The anterior face of the cut-cornered rectangular watch case is embellished with thirty-four impressive pavé set Old European cut diamonds. The sides and reverse of the case are embellished with impressive engraved decoration; this indicates the high quality of the piece. The watch case conjoins with a double row strap, ornamented with alternating circular and marquise shaped settings, all pavé set with Old European round cut diamonds, completing the Art Deco design. This antique ladies diamond watch secures to the reverse with a discreet integrated push fit catch. This watch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. This impressive cocktail watch is supplied with an IDGL diamond grading report card. This authentic 1930s watch is fitted with a manual wind 18 jewels Swiss movement.
