Description
Offered for sale is an Art Deco fruit bowl and matching biscuit barrel by Flosmaron with impressed stamp "REGENT MADE IN ENGLAND" and painted pattern number 4344. The history of Flosmaron can be traced back to the Thomas Lawrence factory at Longton, Staffordshire, England, who used the trade name Falconware. It is almost certain that Flosmaron pottery was made at the Falconware factory, the Flosmaron 'back stamp' being likely that of a wholesaler for whom it was made. Flosmaron was produced in the 1920's & 30's.
