Description
On offer is this art deco 1930s figural crown top perfume bottle which measures approx. 9 cm in height (measured from the base to the top of the crown). This perfume bottle is illustrated on page 184 of The Crown Top Book by Pauline Turco where the author has identified the bottle as manufactured by the Sitzendorf factory.
This scent bottle is in the form of a lady holding a large urn on a pedestal base and with a parrot perched on the other side of the urn. The urn is topped with the original dispensing crown top stopper which has a firmly fitting cork plug.
This German porcelain art deco crown top perfume bottle is offered in good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Thank you for looking.
