Art Deco Nautical Mantel Clock

This is an unusual, and probably unique, large French mantel clock from the Art Deco period with a nautical theme. A substantial and decorative marble base is surmounted by a French 8 day movement clock striking the hour and half hour on a bell. The movement is held within a four glass and chrome case. Mounted on the sides are a sailing yacht and a gull on a rock. Working and keeping good time.
