Art Nouveau Thonet Coat Rack

Superb Thonet-style coat rack in bent beechwood, Art Nouveau style from the late 19th century. This beautiful coat rack features eight hooks and eight hat hooks. Four compartments for canes or umbrellas are located at the base. The double base ensures stability when loaded. The coat rack is in superb condition and has a magnificent light brown patina, which is unusual as they are often very dark and this make them less aesthetically.
