Bagpipe Scottish Brooch Sterling Silver with Smokey Quartz - Hallmarked Edinburgh 1986

Unusual silver vintage Scottish brooch in the form of bagpipes with a small smokey quartz round brilliant cut stone mounted to the body of the bagpipes, fully hallmarked in Edinburgh in 1986 and made by Ca who are Celtic Art industries, one of Hamish Dawson-Bowman's, of East Kilbride, Lanarkshire, they registered this mark in May 1974. The brooch is 4cm x 2cm or 1 1/2 x 3/4 inch, well designed and made though quite delicate and light, good pin and good safety "C" catch, toned, the new owner may wish to clean the brooch.
