Bamboo Bangle Sterling Silver 1969 Vintage Ornate Silver Bracelet 7" Length

Fabulous Vintage solid Sterling silver (Birmingham assay) very attractive and highly impressive chunky bamboo bangle/bracelet by RPH Jewellery Co. C~1969. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 7" / 18cm internal circumference, 9mm width and weighs a heavy 16 grams. Beautifully adorned all around with an extremely detailed, highly polished bamboo decoration which is as bright and crisp today as the day it was made. Secure push in 'cockerel comb' clasp which opens correctly, closing tightly with a very reassuring click and recessed hinge to the opposite side is true and firm with absolutely no play. Fully hallmarked on one internal side (within different shaped large recessed cartouches) with the Lion passant (Sterling silver), anchor (Birmingham assay) and fancy scrolled capital letter U - dating her to 1969 and carries the makers initials; RPH - RPH Jewellery Company, 36 Tenby Street, Birmingham. (Est 1962 - 1974). Clearly hallmarked to the opposite internal side with the Lion passant, 925 and capital scrolled letter; U. Still retains the original silver safety chain (all sealed links) for added piece of mind. Beautifully made and very comfortable to wear due to her slightly oval shape. Excellent, bright, clean condition with no wear or damage and just a few extremely light and fine (micro) little surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only and are mainly to the inside) commensurate with age - looks to have had very little use, perhaps only high days and holidays.
