Big! Very Old Glazed Pine Display Cupboard & Adjustable Shelves

OLD PINE CUPBOARD (stock 4169) Sustainable and quality furniture that will add style to your home! Height = 197.5 cm Width = 142 cm Depth = 54 cm Internal depth = 46 cm OMG! Rarely do we get anything like this! Just gorgeous! A very large two door glazed cupboard with four new sturdy, removable and height adjustable shelves. Good age to this, dating from the late Georgian period to the mid 19th century. So hard to find like this and not to be missed! 😀 It has all its original hand made glass which is just beautiful in itself with all the imperfections and character that goes with glass nearly 200 years old. There is the feint outline of a B scratched into one pane, you can only see it in the right (or wrong!) light. We considered changing it but decided that would be a terrible thing to do as it's original. It could be polished out I guess but we don't have experience of that. The hinges, door bolts and lock are original and it comes with a key that may we be original 😍 A nice amount of rustic character but no too much, minor marks and battle scars, some old worm (long dead/sorted in stripping) etc. This is one piece and bigger than it looks in the photos. The doors do lift off which really helps but assistance will likely be needed! You will need a serious staircase to get it upstairs.
