Bracelet 9ct Gold Plated Vintage 1940s Chunky Curb Link & Love Heart Padlock 35.9g

Fabulous vintage 9ct gold plated (stamped & professionally tested) Ladies very attractive chunky curb link bracelet in the Victorian style with feature love heart padlock. (Please excuse all the reflections/dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 7 1/2" / 19cm length and weighs a heavy 35.9 grams. Highly attractive chunky bold curb links (measure 9mm width and are solid not hollow) with a big oval link to each end, both of which are clearly stamped in arched script with the makers initials; E.F.C and are also stamped; HGP (heavy gold plate). Large feature love heart padlock (operates correctly, closing with a very reassuring click and measures; 2.2cm x 1.4cm) which is again stamped to the back (within a fancy shaped cartouche) with the makers initials; E.F.C (showing it is original to the bracelet) and HGP. Still retains her original rolled gold safety chain for added piece of mind. Beautifully made and very comfortable to wear. Excellent, bright, clean condition with no damage and just a tiny (micro) bit of overall wear/patina and little surface scratches (mainly to the padlock) commensurate with age.
