Description
Four Glass Brass Clock with enamel dial. Red roman numerals and black arabic minute band. Signed John Bennett Ltd. Paris. 14 day movement. Half hour striking on a gong. Mercury compensation pendulum. Sir John Bennett 1814-1897 from a prominent family of clock makers. Had a shop in Cheapside, London as well as a Paris outlet.
