Button Hook Edwardian Sterling Silver 1907 Repousse Fully Hallmarked

English Sterling silver (fully hallmarked) Edwardian ladies button hook with a very attractive repousse decoration by Green & Cadbury Ltd. C~ Hallmarked 1907. Measures; 14.5cm / 5 3/4" length and weighs a heavy 16.6 grams. Fabulous Sterling silver handle which is beautifully adorned with high relief Repousse scroll work and leaves and incorporates a little daisy flower to base (same to both sides, which are also free from any initials or engravings). Clearly hallmarked (within different shaped, recessed cartouches) with the Lion passant (Sterling silver), Anchor (Birmingham assay) and lowercase fancy letter; h - dating to 1907 and carries the makers initials; G&C LD - Green & Cadbury Limited. The steel hook is firmly seated into the handle. Excellent clean and bright with absolutely no wear or damage and just a few overall tiny little surface scratches (mainly to the hook) commensurate with age.
