Description
This is an early Campbell-Stokes sunshine recorder, signed J Hicks maker, 8, 9 & 10 Hatton Garden, London. This instrument has had a replacement glass ball & a new polished slate base approx. 40 years ago. The original slate base is available & will be supplied with the instrument together with a quantity of recording charts.
