A porcelain, kidney shaped dessert dish from Chamberlain's Worcester factory, produced between 1820-30. White ground with a moulded gadrooned edge highlighted with gilding. In the centre, a hand-painted lions head with an inscription above: PRO REGE ET. PATRIA (FOR KING AND COUNTRY). The base bears the printed Chamberlain's mark, in pink.
