We have for sale a very stylish art nouveau silver and enamel Charles Horner brooch. The brooch is in the form of a stylised bird enameled with iridescent green/blue enamel typical of Charles Horner during the late Victorian and Edwardian Period. The back of the brooch carries full Chester Hallmarks for 1908 along with the makers marks for Charles Horner. The brooch is 1.4 inches (3.5cm) long and about 0.4 inches (1cm) wide and is in a very good to excellent condition with only light surface wear one would expect from a well cared for piece of Edwardian silver jewellery.
