Charles II hammered silver half crown (XXX) - third issue mm. crown.
A relatively full flan example of the hammered third issue of Charles II.
Mintmark of a crown present on both sides.
Mark of value XXX.
Edge of coin does show some obvious signs of clipping in places but edge legends largely clear with good detail remaining on central cost of arms.
Edge legends around Charles II bust are good with the crown extending to the inner circle.
The coin rests flat for the most part with some detail remaining of the King and a slight scratch over the King's hair / crown.
