A rare crown from the reign of King Charles II dated 1666 (the year of the great fire of London) best g the lettering for regnal year XVIII.
It is coin alignment and features an elephant mark under the bust of King Charles II dated- this denotes that the silver came from Guinea and was the badge of the company that provided the metal.
