Description
This is a rare clerks desk that was made in the Cotswold school tradition with through tenons and ebony butterfly wedges. Some photos taken with flash on and off (more photos available). Possibly chestnut wood, I've described as a clerks desk but this piece is open to one,s own interpretation.

condition
As per photos it requires full restoration. An early example of Cotswold school furniture to a high level of skill. There is work required to get this back to its former glory but in my opinion its well worth it.
