Description
A lovely small silver chamberstick, sometimes called a 'go-to-bed'. This delightful example is of very good gauge silver and stands on a raised base, with a fixed sconce and a loop handle. There is an engraved monogram to the front and the body is hallmarked. Possibly once part of an inkstand, this charming piece is still practical and is a great collector's item.
