A quality striking carriage clock by noted maker Drocourt. An enamel dial with 5 minute outer markers and a gilded mask edging. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong with the original lever escapement. Numbered 31543. D.C. stamp to the backplate. Circa 1890.
