A late 19th century dummy board of soldier in very colourful 17th century uniform holding a musket. The board with the date 1685 painted bottom right. The whole is constructed in ply from the late 19th century. There is wear to the base as illustrated and a strengthening block to the reverse top of the musket. Screw hole evidence of being affixed to a wall
