The diamond is the star of this ring. Measuring approximately 6.6mm across, it has the broad facets, softly rounded outline and distinctive fire associated with antique old-cut stones. Graded approximately H colour and SI1 clarity, it is bright, lively and particularly attractive on the hand. Rather than a plain solitaire setting, the diamond is held within an elegant raised platinum crown. Delicate pierced scrollwork continues beneath the stone and into the shoulders, finished with fine millegrain detail.
