This one possesses a good form with a stylish pair of arms and the lighter oak grain is good with an even tone and colour.
From the Edwardian period, maybe a touch later, in good condition – the frame is firm, the seat is covered in a red, blue and stone leaf and trellis patterned fabric with a little wear but perfectly usable. Mark our upholsterer would be able to recover the seat in leather at a cost of £110 plus VAT which would include leather - we have a few colours in stock. The swivel and height mechanisms are working fine, the casters spinning as they should and the seat rotating. Expect pleasing day to day wear on the frame. We have waxed the oak on the frame and base, so very much ready to place…
A lovely piece of early 20th Century English office furniture.
