Beautiful Edwardian sterling silver two-piece belt buckle in flowing Art Nouveau design, featuring engraved floral mother-of-pearl plaques within an organic silver frame.
Originally worn as a sash or dress buckle and likely by a nurse. Elegant period craftsmanship with lovely nacre lustre.
