A charming Edwardian period inlaid mahogany bonheur du jour. Of multi-functional usage as a writing desk and/or sewing table. The top section with a pull down writing slope , with fitted compartments behind. This is lockable (key supplied) and has a leather writing surface. The drawer beneath is compartmentalised and below that is a pull-out sewing bag. All standing on elegant tapering legs, united by an under-tier and terminating in original brass and ceramic caps and castors. Decorated with boxwood stringing throughout and inlaid floral marquetry panels in boxwood and satinwood.
