The front features decorative inlaid motifs either side of the central full-length bevel-edged mirror door, which shows some light crazing consistent with age, adding to its period character. The wardrobe has warm oak tones and a nicely proportioned silhouette. The wardrobe is in solid overall condition. It has been historically treated for woodworm, with some expected discolouration and age-related marks throughout. There are areas that appear like splits in the timber, but the structure remains sound and sturdy. There is a small break to the trim on the top left side, but this does not affect usability. The single base drawer runs smoothly, with matching handles, and the mirrored door opens and closes as it should. Internally, the wardrobe offers a hanging rail and four hooks. Please note: this wardrobe is one solid piece and does not dismantle.
