Description
A matching pair of very good quality and heavy gauge Edwardian Art Nouveau silver dressing table trinket or pin dishes trays hallmarked for Birmingham 1908 by renowned maker Henry Matthews. They were probably commissioned by a very wealthy family, I haven’t seen any as nice as these before.
Each one is beautifully engraved with Butterflies, insects, flowers and flora. Lovely curved pierced edge.
In very good condition, some surface wear and marks, hallmarks clear.
