Edwardian Satin Walnut Large Chest of Drawers

This Edwardian Satin Walnut Large Chest of Drawers is a stunning piece of antique furniture from the late 19th century. Handmade with a walnut finish and brass handle, it exudes a country style charm. With 8 sliding drawers, this rectangular chest of drawers is both practical and stylish, perfect for any bedroom. Measuring 122cm in length, 124cm in height, and 54cm in width, this original piece requires no tools for assembly and should be cleaned with wax to preserve its elegant appearance. The chest has 2 side drawers either side of a large central drawer, this centre drawer used to be used for a gentlemen's top hat, then it has 3 long graduating drawers, the drawers are walnut lined, all slide freely and have there locks in place no keys. There are a couple of splits in the drawer bases, but these have had reinforced bottoms put in so no worries about not holding your clothes. Original brass handles, Age related marks to the top, with a scratch on one side. The plinth base has also got marks. Please see all pictures for condition.
