K0641a Stylish, elegant and very unusual, fine quality solid oak Victorian Gothic hall stand / coat stand, having six original very decorative coat hooks with petal motif on moulded back, flanked by turned finials and two short hat / coat hooks below, raised on fielded uprights with Gothic rosettes. The uprights follow to form a base with scroll carved legs and shaped and carved centre support all standing on original bun feet. This antique hall stand / coat stand has been sympathetically cleaned and waxed. It retains its original mellow colour, original French polish finish and soft patina. No woodworm, solid and in home ready condition. This stylish Gothic Revival coat stand would grace any interior. c1860
