Beautifully modelled in the form of a domed classical temple, the piece is supported by four finely fluted Corinthian columns with gilt-bronze collars and capitals, enclosing an elegant patinated bronze bust of a classical female figure raised upon a pedestal. The restrained use of gilded highlights provides a striking contrast against the rich, deep bronze patina, enhancing its sophisticated Neoclassical appearance. The architectural canopy is surmounted by an impressive ribbed domed roof with an ornamental finial, while the stepped black marble plinth provides both stability and an imposing presentation.
