Just Wow! This is beautiful! You will regret missing this one!
From the original handles and escutcheons to the thick bevelled glass panels in brass frames, this is a fabulous and exceptional quality (panelled sides are always a good sign) old pine double door wardrobe. Hand waxed with a fantastic colour and character. The colour is better in real life, softer... Great quality!
Sympathetically restored and dating from the early 20th century (20's/early 30'S) and continental in origin. With an internal depth of 45cm, it takes modern (42cm) hangers, which is not always the case with old wardrobes.
On the smart side this one with only minor battle scars, some old worm character (don't worry, the stripping process kills it off/ prevents it returning) - not much and only mentioned for completeness. Original lock and key that fits the door and drawer. Prepared ready for immediate use and all for the price of some mass produced high street junk. What more could you want? Just don't miss it!
This is one piece - a decent stairecase without tight turns required. Some help might be needed at delivery, not too heavy though.
