This is such a beautiful sofa, a truly rare example that has been constructed and traditionally upholstered to the highest quality. It has a hardwood frame, turned eb-onized legs and brass casters. The newly upholstered fabric is a sage green, Irish linen (if you would like a sample, do contact us). In the restoration, all the original horsehair and sheep’s wool was retained, honouring this wonderful sofa’s heritage. It’s a generously deep-seated example and with the tailored seat is wonderfully comfortable to sit or lie on.
